the cabin was beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds and a private setting. The view of Gatlinburg and the snow-covered scenery felt like something out of a movie. The cozy fireplace kept us warm, and the location was convenient for exploring downtown.
Steep driveway was nerve-wracking.

We loved the self check-in facility, it was super convenient for our family. The staff was quick to respond and assist when we had an issue with the code. The cabin was stunning and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The hot tub was a definite highlight and provided much-needed relaxation. The privacy of the cabin was also a big plus for us.
Felt like part of the family, no complaints.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful and clean cabin in Gatlinburg. The hot tub was a highlight and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The private location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the mountains and the snowy surroundings added to the charm. The fireplace kept us warm and cozy. The staff was helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only suggestion I have for the breakfast menu is to offer a greater variety of options.

We recently stayed at a very cute cabin at Smoky Bear Hideaway for a family trip. The cabin was spacious, with beautiful scenery and even had a surprise visit from a bear! The beds were comfortable, and although not the best I've slept in, we all slept well. The important stuff like cleanliness was top-notch. The location was perfect, just a short drive from downtown and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. Having a fireplace kept us warm and cozy in the snow, making it feel like a scene from a movie. Self check-in was convenient, and the staff were quick to respond and helpful when we had an issue with the code.
Totally recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this cabin! The location was perfect - close enough to town for convenience, but also surrounded by beautiful nature. I even had the incredible opportunity to see two baby bears nearby! The cabin itself was spacious and cozy, with a lovely view of the mountains and Gatlinburg. The fireplace kept me warm during the snowy weather, adding to the movie-like atmosphere. The friendly staff provided clean sheets and a shower curtain, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also appreciated being able to stay together with my family, making it feel like a home away from home.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The view of the mountains was breathtaking and made our stay feel like a scene from a movie. It was also convenient to be just a short drive away from downtown, providing us with easy access to all the fun activities. Staying warm was a breeze with the cozy fireplace.
There were several disappointments during our stay. The lack of essential amenities such as a washer, dryer, and pool table, which were advertised or pictured, was frustrating.
